I'm sorry that terminology is proprietarily for Dell computers, which we
use exclusively.  ZZTop (why they chose that name I have no idea.  You
can imagine the people that click on that folder thinking they will hear
"She's Got Legs..."), What it does is bring back the Dell factory
default settings.  Similar to a reformat, but you don't have to
re-install the OS.  It is a tremendous plus for Dell computers.  I work
for a school district and we have a lot of wannabe computer experts, who
put their computers to the test!  Thanks for the interest.
