I dunno-- what's the dropout rate at any college or university? I can't believe that it's 2/3 (66%) of the Freshman class! Yes, you want the courses to be challenging. But not impossible. Maybe the testing procedures need a "Cum Laude" and "Suma Cum Laude" extra certification.
