Mail Relay Restart with SBMNWSCMD -- MIDRANGE-L

Running on V4R2M0 I have an OS/2 IPCS with the IBM Firewall software
running.  I have this problem where the email relay function quits after so
many days.  I have applied the PTF, but it will be a while before I can
restart the IPCS to activate it.  I need a way for the operator to be able
to restart the mail relay without having them use the web browser.  (Has a
green screen)   Is there a command I can submit to the firewall to restart
just the mail relay function?
