It is rare that I get angry at IBM but this is one of those times. Many of you may use the Software Knowledge Base documents available on the web. These documents provide often vital information in areas such as Client Access or Host Printing. Recently IBM has made access to these documents restricted to only those users with a Support Line contract WITHIN the United States. That means that those of us with a Support Line contract with IBM Australia (or indeed anyone outside of the US & Canada) can no longer access these documents. I am principally posting this for the information of those of us who are outside the United States and also for any IBM'ers lurking in the group who may be able to encourage IBM to see some reason and correct this action.
