IBM does not supply a command.  taatools has a command CVTOUTQ.  The command
runs a program TAASPLCC.  It creates an outfile of your spool file records.  You
can read this file with a CL program to delete records.  

If you don't have access to this, you can WRKSPFL  OUTPUT(*print), CPYSPLF to a
database file A.  Read file A, format the data, remove headers, convert the date
to YYYYMMDD format and write database file B.  Then run the CL program to read
file B and delete the spool files desired.
