Product library is a library that is temporarily inserted into the library list
(after the system library but before the current library) by the execution of a
command. The CRTCMD command allows you to specify a product library that will
be added to the list while the command is active. Vendors love this because it
allows us to get our libraries into the list without disturbing the user portion
of the library list.

For an example of how this works, display your library list before you execute
the STRPDM command, and then display it again afterwards. You'll see that
product library QPDA get's inserted into the list while STRPDM is active.
