  • Subject: Domino on the AS/400 and how to Unstall it?
  • From: Ken Slaugh <ken.slaugh@xxxxxxxxxx>

I have been given the task of loading Domino on our AS/400 model 170
with OS/400 v4r2. I've got the R5 version of Domino Notes on CD. The
AS/400 had R4.6 loaded but never configured beyond the *FIRST CFGDOMSVR
routine. I attempted the LODRUN from the R5 CD and everything seemed
fine until I tried to get it working. Since then I have deleted the
obvious QNOTES and QUSRNOTES libraries and the \note\data IFS folder.
Then tried the R5 CD install again.

Now it fails with CFGDOMSVR ended abnormally but the joblog shows no
failure.

How would you go about removing and/or deleting Domino and starting
over? Is there additional IFS folders that should be deleted?

TIA
