I think you lose big time with *NOWRAP.  Which means, when the Job msgq fills 
up, end the job as it cant write anymore.  You are better
off with PRTWRAP or WRAP.  Also you should check out the max size QJOBMSGQMX.   
Check the Jobd of the job to determine what the logging
level is and if you are logging CL commands.
