The rule to follow is to read the instructions.  One gets lazy because
99.9% of the time they are the same.  However, they do change some times. 
Like a RISC upgrade, follow the roadmap or PTF instructions.  I've been
burned B4, now I read the instructions.  That is the only thing you have to
do "read instructions"
