  • Subject: CWBLM0020 - License manager software error (0003,0051)

I have just received an interesting error on an AS/400 that's been working
fine until today. Now, when I try to start Client Access, I receive a
message CWBLM0020 - License manager software error (0003,0051). The
details are not much help (surprise!), saying basically that an unexpected
or internal error has occurred. Big surprise.

The history log (CA history log, not system) shows the following error:
   CWBLM0019

How do I resolve this problem, or at least find out more about the cause?

Thanks in advance.
