Be aware I just loaded and applied some PTF's for V4R4 and one or more them caused most/all of my Query/38 Queries to not execute anymore and resulted in my CL jobs dying, if they were used in them.  Needless to say I couldn't run nightly processing last night.  My company ain't happy campers.
 
I had to write a DSPOBJD retrieval program and mass recompile all of them today, about 2000 of them.
 
IBM is trying put out a PTF to the PTF that caused the problem, they don't know which one of the two dozen or so I applied cause the problem and their Query/38 expert in Toronto is on vacation or something, so I was told.  The Support Line guy only knew how to spell Query/38.  
 
I know, why are we still using Query/38?  That's all the "old-timers" know and it does what they want.
