OK, I'm cornfused. :^/ I've been FTP'ing from a new AS/400 for some time, and now I want to FTP to it. However, I keep getting "connection refused" (error 10061). What must I do in order to allow external connection to an out-of-the-box AS/400? (TCP is running; I'm connecting via TELNET just fine.) DSPLOG does not show an error. DSPMSG QSYSMSG and DSPMSG QSYSOPR show nothing relevant. System is running V4R3, and the FTP attributes are: Autostart servers = *YES Number of initial servers = 3 Inactivity timeout = 300 CCSID = 00819 Outgoing EBCDIC/ASCII table = *CCSID Incoming EBCDIC/ASCII table = *CCSID Thanks in advance. -- Dennis Lovelady Fayetteville, GA mail: dennis@lovelady.com dennis.e.lovelady@ac.com URL: http://www.lovelady.com **NEW** ICQ: 5734860 -- Life would be so much easier if we could just look at the source code. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
