Many many years ago I had that type of problem with Sprint. Free long
distance for almost two years. Then they submitted one bill with all the
detail and charges. We laughed at them and pointed out that we brought this
to their attn several times before and had no intention of paying for the
back log. We promptly switched to MCI then and had no problems. I have not
worked for that company for almost 10 years now and it was all in litigation
when I left. Just keep correcting MCI and paying what you think is fair.
Document well and copy your lawyers on everything. They have a big bite
when they fix their billing. (Must be using NT)

Subject: MCI Communications Users - Problems with Sales/Billing ?

Hi Folks !

Wondered if any of you folks using MCI for leased lines are having any
trouble with Sales or Billing ? We have had NO problem with the
Technical side of MCI since switching last year but the other two have
been a JOKE to say the least !

Look forward to any feedback. If you don't want it to be general info -
e-mail me directly !

Thanks !

Chuck
