Title: SQL Stored Procedures on the /400

I know how to create Stored Procedures on the /400 now but I'd like to use them in SQL on the /400. For example, I have a procedure that will return the week# for a given ISO date. Can I do anything like the following, and if so, can I use the statement in both embedded SQL RPG and interactive SQL?

select date, rtvweek(date, week#) from file where date between '1999-01-01' and '1999-06-30'
