In brief, IBM's suggestion is to reload OS/400 from scratch and then
restore data from backup tapes created before you moved the date
forward.  Hopefully, you did create those backups if you need any
files!!

In their words:
"Use your backup tapes and restore the system, then user libraries. We
recommend taking the extra time to restore the entire system, just in
case any system data or programs were accidentally deleted or altered
during testing. This could prevent downtime later. Do not use RSTSTG
(Restore Storage) for this step.  The checklist titled "Recovering after
a Complete System Loss" found in the OS/400 Backup and  Recovery manual
will guide you through the proper steps to perform a "Scratch Install"
from backup media. "
