We use to have two AS400 connected that way. We used a modem eliminator.
Black Box has sever to look at. I have a V.24 & V.35 that were retired for
a LAN connection. 100Mbps screams.....

Subject: Passthru beetween Cisc & Risc

We have two AS400, one CISC (E10) and one RISC (170) :
Each of them has one V24 adapter and we can use the
PASSTHRU command through 2 modems.
Is it possible to do the same thing without the 2 modems ?

thank by advance
Eric Panissard
