Y2K PTF verification

IBM maintains Informational APARs for each Y2K Ready release which
lists, by product, all known Y2K related PTFs for that release.
The Info APAR numbers are:

II11534  V3R2
II11543  V3R7
II11544  V4R1
II11545  V4R2
II11546  V4R3
II11685  V4R4

To order all V3R2 Y2K related PTFs there is also a Group PTF SF99201,
and for RISC (V3R7 and above) SF99200.
