Hi, I put the V4R4 GA code on this weekend. A few points of note: 1. The CD media has changed. Although this is (kind of) documented, it is not documented in the Software Installation manual well enough. This was just confusing. 2. You MUST read the com PTF CD documentation. There's one PTF that needs to go on first. IF YOU TAKE GO PTF OPTION 8 (without installing the pre-req first) YOU WILL WIND UP IN THE DUMPER. We have not had to read the com PTF cover letters for many, many releases. Overall V4R4 continues to be a stable release with a lot of added function. We are quite happy running it on our production system.
