Yes its totally POT LUCK with the PTF's across the Internet one day it works
and you get them all the next error code 100 and what does error code 100
mean? No one ever knows, even tried ringing up support and asking them they
don't have a clue :)

At least you can get it to work.  For the pas 3 months I have not been able
to get any PTF's downloaded.  I tried different times of day (and night)
with no luck.  I always get a window back with RETAIN falied to acknowledge
responce, or some such nonsense.
