Terry, schedule into the budget for shows like the New England Conference
in Massachusetts every spring.  All these AS/400 shows usually have many
presentations and tracks for every aspect of the AS/400 relationship. 
While fast and furious for a day or more they provide a framework and a
perspective for a team, especially when part of your on-going training
program.
