Funny, isn't it? I thought it strange that Joel felt he "failed" that interview. Seems to me that he might have been interviewing in a sweatshop environment, you know, "crank it out and clone, clone, clone". If he had said "just 2 hours" and knew better and got the job anyway, I have doubts he would have been happy in that job for very long.
