V3R2 OS/400. FSIOP is the network card.  I can get the 400 to ping itself, but
it won't go outside it's walls.  Searching the 400 newsgroup, it seems that the
SSAP settings might be a common problem.  Here are mine:

--Source Service Access Points-----
  SSAP      Maximum Frame    Type
   12            1480        *NONSNA
   DC            1480        *NONSNA
   C8            1480        *HPR
   04            1496        *SNA
   AA            1480        *NONSNA

Anything here that stands out?  Any other areas to look at?
