The reason for the questions has nothing to do with the answers, it's to
regulate the call volume. They could just as easily ask geography or
entertainment trivia questions. <g>

Me, I'm happy to answer all the questions once. I do start to lose it a bit,
however, when I finally get through to someone and I have to provide some of
the
same information again, and then a third time when I'm forwarded to the next
person.
