Thanks Larry. Yes we are in the middle of a token-ring to ethernet conversion.
LOTS OF FUN for those who haven't done this yet. I created the controllers
and devices and they are active. How can I test to make sure they are working?
I don't believe we will use it for passthru yet. I was hoping to test it
and make sure
it is working then at some point delete the old controllers and device
descriptions
from the token-ring side and rename the controllers and devices on the
ethernet side
to the old names from the token-ring. I guess I am trying to stay away
from a lot of
change network attributes, etc. Any comments or suggestions?
