Hi Don you may want to take a look over at IGNITe/400 (see below) there have
been quite a few questions with regard to Net.Commerce and quite a lot of
experienced people float around who use the product, even the developers
take a look in there. What version of NC400 are they building with V3 I hope
and what fields do they want to know about and is it NC on the 400?

Thanks
Bleddyn

Subject: net.commerce data feeds....

We've got a client that's working with yet another "business partner" for
building a web application that's to be built from their AS/400 product
database. Problem is, the BP doesn't fully understand WHY they're using
some of the fields and record types for the net.commerce import facility
and further they're telling us that nobody at IBM can tell them why
either. Frankly I don't believe them. I know that net.commerce is inded
a strange bird that has alot of uniquenesses to it, but there's got to be
a centralized support facility for it that I can call and ask some
questions on the upload formats.

Frankly, I'm tired of the BP telling us that they have to look at the
examples in the book and from there is "damn the torpedoes, full speed
ahead".

Any and all suggestions (including RTFM references!) appreciated....:)

Don in DC
