Hi Valerio,
I usually use this method to read SQL statement which prodused by QUERY.
For that purpose I use RTVQMQRY command. Be careful when you write down the
parameter of this command. You need a file in your library for saving SQL
source.
For Example :
===> RTVQMQRY QMQRY(TP03/BUDGET1) SRCFILE(TP03/#HSQLSRC) SRCMBR(BUDGSRC)
ALWQRYDFN(*YES)
where:
TP03 -- it's my library
TP03/BUDGET1 -- QUERY
TP03/#HSQLSRC -- file for saving SQL source
BUDGSRC -- this is a result member of #HSQLSRC file
The last parameter ALWQRYDFN(*YES) alow you to get QUERY definition.
It works great.
