How IBM distribute the PTF

Hi All,

I have a question especially for you guys outside USA.
How actually IBM distibute their mega-size PTF to their Rep Office world
wide??
Does IBM HQ distribute the hardcopy or not ??

I asked our IBM Rep here in Indonesia for Group PTF SF99103 (Database PTF).
And their answer is it will take long time and sound no real intention to
get it. They told us to pick related invidual PTF, since it is faster.
Does it mean IBM rep download it ?
