Hi Colin, I believed there was work for RPGers in the UK working with ICMS--IBMs-Customer management and billing system-mainly used by Telecos.I even saw adds for NZ RPGers wanted in the UK-last year-the demand was huge -so Im shocked by your news--Maybe demand for RPGers tapers on and off That is what worried me about RPG,so I dumped it after a month or two and went with Microsoft Visual Basic(VB Client Server for AS/400 or whatever) .I have a friend who arrived in the UK in Feb from NZ-he got swamped by agents with Job offers--some nights they were calling him at 10pm-honest. To prove my point futher Paul Conte & Mike Otey the famous News/400 authors are writing Microsoft SQL & VB books now. cheers Dave B +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
