In my recent "speaking tour" with Roger, he said generating Java from
VisualAge RPG would be a mistake because it would discourage programmers
from really learning Java. That was the quote *I*, personally, heard.

But what YOU heard is definitely more ... uh ... colorful! <g>

You do indeed mismember.  He said that he'd be seeing smoke/flames appearing
from a private part of Lou G's anatomy before he saw VisualAge RPG producing
Java.  Perhaps you've seen Lou doing things that I just missed <vbg>
