Personally, I'd be inclined to using the SQL catalog tables.  They work on
every SQL system everywhere.
You can get all the AS400 file names and the SQL catalog names in the DB2
for AS/400 SQL Reference manual, under Catalog Views (V4R3 Appendix G)
