Yes, it is called RTVCMDSRC.  <g>

But it was not published in News (to my knowledge), which is why you
are not finding it in the archives.

It is a freeware tool written by Dave McKenzie, and available in the
shareware/freeware section on the News site.  Try this link:

Or goto www.news400.com, click on Resources, then Code, then
Shareware/freeware and look over all the files available, including a
few other gems by Dave.
