QPRINT2 was so you could write two reports from one program as you went along. It was easy to write the detail lines and summary lines to QPRINT for report 1 and then write just the summary lines to QPRINT2 so that report 2 was done also. No need to run some 5 hour month end analysis program twice, once was enough.
