Bad TCP/IP routes

We have TCP/IP configured on our V4R2 620. For some reason, a piece of
network equipment is giving us bad TCP/IP routes. It is using a TCP/IP
address of a good PC, the subnet mask is *HOST, and the next hop is a
server that does not do IP routing. So, the TCP/IP address of the good PC
is blocked and then that PC cannot connect to the AS/400.

I've done a NETSTAT *RTE and then press F6 for a listing of all the routes.
I can see the offending route there. I cannot delete it there. When I go to
CFGTCP option 2, it just shows me the routes that I've entered. None of the
*ICMP routes are there. I then created the offending route entry manually
(CFGTCP option 2) and then deleted my manual entry and that cleaned it up.

Now, I'd like to have a program monitor the route table for any offending
entries. If one is found, the program should issue a warning message to
QSYSOPR and then delete the entry. I cannot determine what file stores
*all* of the routes (not just the ones that I've entered). Furthermore,
there is no way to delete these entries directly. RMVTCPRTE says that the
route doesn't exist. Is there an API that will retrieve this info? Is there
a file that has *all* of the routes (*CFG and *ICMP)? Is there a way in a
program to get the F6 listing from the NETSTAT *RTE command?
