One of our customers asked us if it is OK to define a job on the
AS400 wtih Priority=14 and Timeslice=28000.

I tried to explain him the possible disadvantages he could have, but
I am a programmer not an operational guy. So, if you are responsible
for the performance of your machine: What will you respond to this
question?
