Hello!

Does anyone know of a product that would also give the County that the Zip
resides in. We need to change sales credits by County Code??

Subject: AIS 5digit ZIP file & City State File Lookup

                Folks:

I have subscribed to the City-state and 5digit Zip files
from USPS.
When I look up the zip in city-state and validate it and
then lookup the

5digit zip file for validating street, I don't always find
the zip. I
know the Uniques don't have street data. The USPS tech guys
are still
                figuring this out.

Example: 902 N Garver Road, Monroe OH has the zip 45050
(you can verify

this from http://www.usps.gov site for zipcode lookup). The
city state
file shows 45050 as the correct zip for Monroe OH. However,
45050 is
not present in the 5digit file. Instead, Garver Road is
listed under
45044 in the 5digit file. I know this zip has not been
changed and is
still 45050. The finance number, pref state key etc. do not
match for
45044 and 45050. Can anybody cue me in on what I am doing
wrong?

Thanks to everybody for their assistance.

And Yes, I know of WorkRights software for this purpose :-)

                --
                Thank You.

                Regards

                Dave Mahadevan.. mailto:mahadevan@fuse.net
