Create the command, C, with default parameters which specify a and b (in
the solution below), and you have:

I somehow doubt it, but here's my modest submission in CL.

The PGM and ENDPGM statements are missing, but this doesn't stop it from
compiling. The above statement is contained in member A of source file A. B
is a printer file duplicated from QSYS/QSYSPRT. C is a command duplicated
from QSYS/CPYF.
