Pat,

We've had similar situations, but have not worked with a 4247.

In our case we: 1) Configure the printer to eliminate the buffer (if
possible). 2) After placing the spool file entry on hold, turn the power
off on the printer. 3) Upon powering the printer back up again, check
forms alignment. 4) Press stop on the printer. 5) Release the spool file
entry. 6) Restart the spool file entry at desired page. 7) Press start
on the printer. 8) Pray
