*** ADMIN: Reminder about email addresses

Folks:

I'd like to remind everyone that you MUST post your messages to MIDRANGE-L 
from the email address that you subscribed with.  Anything else will get
bounced back to me.  I will delete those bounced messages more often than
not.

If your email domain changes, you start using a email forwarder (like
iname.com), or your address naming scheme changes, please unsubscribe 
from the list with the old address and resubscribe with the new address.

If you can't unsub with the old address, please contact me directly...
I'll be happy to remove your old address so you can subscribe with the
new.

The restriction on posting was put in place to prevent spammers from
attacking the lists (which they try to do 10-20 times a day anyway). 
This restriction will never be removed.
