brms/error

Hi

    I am in the process of setting up a BRMS session to work with a
media library on our production 400. I have set this system up before
with the same type of equipment on our test system with no problems.
Although now when I try to set it up using the production box I seem to
be getting an error. It appears to let you set everything right down to
media classes and policies. Though when you go to add media to the
classes or to the library, I keep getting a (System 'system name' for
network ID APPN not found). I am sure I am just missing a step
somewhere. I have looked at everything we have and tried everything I
know how. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
