Sv: Integration of Java on AS/400 -- MIDRANGE-L

I've tried this beta-download 5-10 times, always getting about 100 bytes
per second and then an hour or so later a timeout. I wonder: Is this
'Powered by AS/400'? 
Am I alone with this problem? Is it a firewall-problem or what? Any
mirror-site anywhere?
