File Reorganization Time - IBM Manual ?

We are trying to get a good estimate on the amount of time 
required for our system to reorganize 2 large files.  I have 1 
six hour window, once a week.

Total of member sizes  . . . . . . . . . . . :      4257355776

I have been unable to locate the IBM Pub or Redbook that 
has the formula for estimating the time required, based on 
type of system, amount of storage, DASD and arms, etc.

If anyone knows the location of this IBM Document, I will 
appreciate you posting the Book #.
