Padman,
Look at DDS keywords HLPTITLE, HLPPNLGRP, HLPARA and so on.  You'll also 
need to read up on the UIM marker language (it's a lot like HTML).  Look at 
the DDS Reference guide and the Application Display Programming guide for 
some examples.
