I'm not offended).  I am 
pleased that you find most of my answers useful.

I cannot quibble with any of your reasons for investigating this issue.  That 
attitude is similar to mine.  I 
did get the impression that you'd spent more time than it appears and that you 
needed something to work now! 
therefore my comments.  Perhaps your note just caught me on the wrong day.

You may indeed have met me.  I don't remember your name (but then I'm much 
better at faces than names).  I 
keep running into people who know me, or know of me, and I wouldn't know them 
from a bar of soap.  Perhaps 
you attended one of my sessions at COMMON Australia or education (PID, T3, IBM) 
or who knows what else.

It's somewhat funny.  You're an Australian working in NZ and I'm a New 
Zealander working in OZ.
