Phani,

Make sure any anti-virus program is NOT running at the time.  If it was when you
did the initial install, I would un-install and re-install again.

After it is installed, go into Selective Setup (Client Access Accessories 
folder)
and check that the components you want are installed.  Sounds like you just have
the base components.
