Actualy,it is no harder to write crappy code on the AS/400 then 
Windows.  In fact, in some respects it is easyier.  Since the OS does 
such a good job of protecting you and is so forgiving.  Crappy code on 
Windows has a nasty habit of crashing the entire machine (or worse).

But remember, it's much harder to write really crappy code on the 
AS/400 because we have a real operating
system that protects you from yourself!

I'd like Rochester to use the fact of Microsoft using AS/400s as a 
sales tool.  I'd bet 23 of them aren't
required for simply 'software distribution'.
