Unable to view the spool file -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi,

I have an RPG Program, that just reads records from a physical file,and
then writes it to the printer file in the O specs.After calling the program,
I give the DSPJOB command, and try to see the job spool file(option 4)...
It gives me a message saying that the spool file cannot be displayed, 
copied or sent...Why?

I am also unable to see the program spool file,after the program has been 
run.Why?
