Mello Robert,

If all you want is a mirror at a given point in time then SAVSECDTA and 
RSTUSRPRF and RSTAUT should work.  Be 
aware that authorities won't match on the backup system unless you do the 
RSTAUT *and* the systems have 
identical objects.

If you want a more dynamic approach then turn on security auditing, capture 
user profile change journal 
entries, retrieve the profile information, send it to the backup system, and 
change or create the profile at 
the target. More coding though.

Or buy one of the high-availablity products (DataMirror, Vision, Mimix).
