IPL ERROR

Can anybody help me with the following problem
I am encountering the following error
A6005004, Workstation Controller Failure I get this error while I am
manually IPL the machine
I cant login to  the system. Can anybody tell me how to correct the
Error, I have checked the connections to the console they are working
My Machines is 9404/F20 OS V3R1(White Box)
I dont have access to any of the manuals
