I have to agree with Terry.  It sounds like the auditors feel that you can run 
your business now without computers.  Most of our businesses can't.

We have no contingency plan for all the computer systems being
non-functional, because quite frankly, I don't see how we could
continue to operate the business in a completely manual mode.  There's
simply too many systems and too much automation to continue operating
with no computer systems at all.  However, we have identified the
mission critical systems that we feel absolutely have to continue
running.  Those get priority for testing and verification for Y2K
capability.
