You must be real lucky.  Aren't they 220?  Must have unplugged the drier to
get it working.
Dennis you should be able to use you PC and a standard cable to go from
port 0 of the first ASCII controller to you PC.
If running Win95+ you can use Hyperterm.  Or if you have Win3.1 grab the
Terminal program from there.  Of cource
Procomm ect also work.  I am going to guess that you need to set the parity
ect.  at 8-N-1 and 19200 baud.

Hi, Folks:

I have been presented with a new toy: a 9402-S20 (so I'm told; I don't know
how to verify the model number on this system), which has two ASCII WSCs
and
no twinax.  The 3153 that came with this system seems to be dead, and I'd
like to know what options I have that would allow me to use a PC as a
console
to this system.  Do I need to go out and get some software program (I have
CA400), or are there other, more vanilla options?

The system tries to start up, but of course without a console, it
eventually
hangs up on a A600-xxxx SRC.

I'd appreciate any advice you have to offer on this.
